Where can I buy my Bike Brightz?
Right now, Bike Brightz are sold here on our website, at Meijer Stores, and local bicycle shops. If you would like your bicycle dealer to sell Bike Brightz in your community, please tell them about Bike Brightz, then email us with their name, phone number and email address. We will invite them to become a Bike Brightz dealer so people in your neighborhood can buy them locally.
If I order on-line, how long will it take to get my Bike Brightz?
We will ship within 1 to 2 days of your order. You can choose between Parcel Post(United State Postal Service) or UPS service. If you choose Parcel Post you will receive your Bike BrightZ in two to four days within the United States. If you choose UPS the ship time will depend upon the type of service you have selected. We are based in the Midwest with a central geographical location.
What is your policy on returns if I have problem?
At Bike Brightz, all sales are final with the exception of mechanical defects. Bike Brightz have a 30 day limited replacement warranty. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.
